Everything TrueVert does happens on your device. Your jump videos, measurements, and body tracking data are not uploaded to us or shared with third parties.
What TrueVert accesses
Camera
TrueVert uses your phone’s camera to record a short video of your jump. You are asked for camera permission when you begin the measurement flow. The app does not record audio or use your microphone.
What stays on your device
TrueVert stores the following information in the app’s private storage on your phone:
- Jump videos, so you can replay a saved measurement.
- Jump measurements and timing data, including calculated height, takeoff, landing, and flight time.
- Body-position data extracted from the video, used for measurement and the optional skeleton replay overlay.
- Optional body mass, if you enter it to estimate power-related metrics.
- Preferences, such as inches or centimetres, setup-guide status, and whether the skeleton overlay is visible.
This information is stored in local app files and a local database. It does not leave your phone. Uninstalling TrueVert removes the app and its locally stored data through Android’s standard app-removal process.
What TrueVert does not do
- No account or sign-in.
- No cloud upload or server-side processing.
- No advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
- No selling, sharing, or transmitting personal data.
- No location, contacts, messages, or microphone access.
Children’s privacy
TrueVert does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. The app does not transmit user information off-device and does not provide social, chat, or sharing features.
This website
The TrueVert website is a static product and support site. It does not use contact forms, advertising, analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party embeds. If you contact support by email, your email provider and ours process that message under their own terms.
Changes to this policy
If a future version changes how TrueVert handles data, this page will be updated before that change applies. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
